ABSTRACT: The quality of higher education has become a central concern for institutions and governments, especially in contexts where global competitiveness demands relevant and efficient academic training. In Arequipa, Peru, universities face the challenge of responding to the growing expectations of students who value not only theoretical knowledge but also employability, infrastructure, and teaching performance. This research aimed to analyze the perceptions of final-year Business Administration students regarding the quality of the educational services they received. The study employed a quantitative and cross-sectional approach, applying a structured survey to a representative sample. The results reveal that, although progress has been made in infrastructure and accreditation, gaps persist in teacher training and in aligning curricular content with labor market demands. These findings highlight the need to strengthen continuous improvement processes that integrate student opinions as a key input for institutional decision-making.
